I thought Shakeology would be the perfect fit for my lifestyle since it’s only one shake a day. I would just have to mix my shake and go in the morning and pack a healthy lunch to go, it has saved me money. The moment I started drinking Shakeology I could feel the immediate boost of energy, I felt full and didn't struggle with hunger; I have less cravings, more endurance and sleep better. I bought Shakeology on Home direct so I don’t have to pay for shipping. With ordering Shakeology I had no membership fees unless I wanted to join the team beach body club for only 38.87 every four months. With the club I would also get 10% off my purchases have access to workout videos that are well known and access to a wonderful meal planner (way cheaper than Jenny Craig which was 500.00 dollar a month) So I join the club, the meal planner made life simple knowing I would be eating for my daily calorie intake and the recipes are really delicious. The other cool thing is I have a coach membership or not to help me through my goals. She has been great support and motivation for me.
