My Health and Fitness Progress

Today is my anniversary of Health and changing my Lifestyle.
You know I have battled cravings, health issues for years and a roller coaster of weight I would be skinny for a while than obese for a while and when I hit (188 pounds) in 2010 ...(TIME FOR CHANGE)and I did. March 11, 2011 I start school for health coaching which from day one your must be (focused to be a product of the product) by March 26, 2012 I was certified through the AADP . I had learned during that 1 year of time how to control my cravings and eat healthier and I lost a little weight about 10 pounds..Progess was made weighing at (178 pounds). I wanted more for myself while I was helping others start to eat healthy. I needed fitness but I didn't want the Gym I had a gym membership for years but never really liked it. One it stunk, Two I felt out of place and Three I couldn't stay there long with being a caregiver and mom. So March 2012 I decide to take on a challenge to do fitness videos at home and be a fitness coach (here we go again you must be a product of the product). I signed up with Team Beach Body I start with their simple meal plans which come with the club membership and their 60 day workout Insanity and Shakeology. Insanity I couldn't do that one that well but I still tried everyday, I had to stop do to the 3 bulged disc in my neck, So I ordered the Ten Minute Trainer less intense workout and easy to do and continue with it and adding some insanity about once a week. August 2012 I weighed (165 pounds) still doing my workouts daily and drinking Shakeology faithfully one shake aday. I don't believe in getting on the scale weekly, I don't let numbers rule me. In Jan 2013 I order Les Mills Combat because it was martial arts when I was a teen I did martial arts for a while and loved it. I start Les Mills Combat in feburary I continue with it 3 time a week with insanity 3 times a week since I start a online group challenge for insanity on March 1, 2013. I can say I have made progress as of today I weigh (152 pounds). I have made success of 36 pounds and I am not stopping here. I will continue with my workouts and Shakeology daily my goal weight is 120 pounds.
Health issues 1 year ago: High blood pressure, Daily pain neck,dizziness, Meniere's disease spells twice daily ,Stress,Swelling, Obese
Health issues today: Mild high blood pressure, mild pain neck not as often,no dizziness, Meniere's disease spells once daily, less stress, no swelling, Overweight.
Progress: 36 pounds lost
Goal: 32 pounds to lose
